Mechanical Structure Characteristics

  • The transmission structure adopts MC gear rack transmission, enhancing lifespan and accuracy. Utilizing high-performance servo motors connected to high-rigidity gear racks, ensuring stability and zero vibration.
  • The vertical travel employs a dual-stage, dual-linear slide rail structure, providing lightweight, stability, and zero vibration.
  • The entire machine is manufactured with modular components.

Controller Features

  • Capable of performing user-friendly irregular extraction actions, suitable for specialized product retrievals, such as hooking.
  • Allows stacking of products for packing, with dimensions up to 99x99x99. Upon completion of stacking, sends OUT signal to initiate conveying action. Detection of online items is possible during the first placement of the stack; if not removed, stacking process will pause.
  • Supports in-mold embedding actions, allowing retrieval of items at predefined points. Embeds items into designated positions in the mold during mold opening. Simultaneous editing of three-axis position actions.
  • Modular functionality allows for flexible program editing, providing 16384 commands for programming and storage functions.
  • Provides acceleration and deceleration functions, as well as axis handwheel fine adjustment, facilitating program editing and simulation operations.
  • Handwheel adjustment available during manual operation to prevent manual operation errors, ensuring mold safety protection.
  • Advanced injection confirmation signal eliminates concerns about mold collision or clamping. Arm capable of both embedding and retrieval functions, performing actions at any point inside or outside the mold.
